your address you need to go to the postal office and gewt a packet to chage your address or do it online at usps.com and it will updat your drecit report automatically, your phone num i dunno take her off the account i guess and your credit report in general just call the credit bureau (esperian,transunion and equfax)and tell them your problem and theyll change it for you
