This site is non profit site and was set to protect consumers in 2005 I believe by Gov%26#039;t. Anyway, you can check your 3 credit agency reports from this website, however, only once a year.

If you need to get it more often, I would recommend www.truecredit.com, since you can update your report every day and it will reflect on your score. So you have access to your credit report even you are in a middle of the month before you apply to credit card or step in a bank.

They will not charge your account until your 30 days is up and if you cancel before then, your card will not be charged. l checked my report last year December and l was not charged any fee although my card was needed.
