my identity is being used by someone else and im going to be 18 in a few months so i dont want my credit to be trashed. I tried talking to the authorites since i know his name and address but they just keep forwarding me from place to place is there anything i can do?

You can%26#039;t. I suggest that you get a pre-paid card. Anyone can get those.

contact the credit bureaus and tell them you are not even old enough to get credit yet and someone is using your card - you should b able to get a free report at all 3 bureaus
