I was evicted from my apt 4 years ago. Since then it%26#039;s been hard finding a new apt. I have a couple of questions. The rentor agency took me to court and that is on the report. I did not go because of different locations. In addition to that report of them taking me to court, i also have a section showing how much I owe them....My question is if i pay the rentor company, will it have the authority to drop the charges and thus wipe it away from my report?

Your other option is to work out an agreement with the collection agency. Negotiate how many cents on the dollar or the total amount due.
