ok this is what happen i had a car and i had just change from full covarage to liablility and someone got into an accident with me it was not my fault but the other person ran away did not have any insurance nothing basically the car was repo but it was a voluntary repo and that is hurting my credit beside that someone also mes my credit i got them a phone line with t-mobile and they ran a big bill and did not pay how can i have does things remove from my credit its been like 3 years that i am current on everything i pay on time on all my bills and my car loan but when i try to get something it is still at a very high interest because of those two things can anyone give me some advice

You can%26#039;t have anything removed from you credit unless it%26#039;s wrong. Those items will stay at least 7 years, longer if they sell the debt and re-list it.
